REAMER CUTTERS:

The rotary reamer utilize the principle of a true-rolling cutter set verticallyin the body..True rolling provedes longer cutter life by eleminating drag or sliding of the formation accross the face of the cutter. Vertical cutter will not tend to screw up or down in the hole. This allows the driller to observe true bid weights.

TCI(Type K) Cutter:	Chert (Type Q) Cutter:	Sharp (Type V/HM) Cutter:
For hard, extra-hard, abrasive and semi-abrasive formation like sand or granite.	For medium to medium-hard formation, like dolomite, hard lime and chert, where crushing action is required.	For soft formation like soft lime and shale. Hardened, carbunized, quenched, and tempered teeth.

BEARING BLOCKS:

Changing Hole Size with Interchargeable Bearing Blocks: The reamer may be resized to a different hole size within the body size range by replacing the blocks at the rig. These interchargeable drive -fit body bearing blocks permit changes in hole size within a given body range while retaining the same body, cutter and poinsThisis accomplished by removing the body bearing blocks and replacing them with a set of blocks having a different bore laocation. The same pins and cutters are then assembled in the body.

NOTE: If the body and cutter are orderd as a complete assembly, the correct size blocks will be installed in the body specified for the hole size.
